While living here we have upgraded our unit and made improvements including the following:

• New carpet in the living room, stairs, upstairs hallway and 3rd bedroom
• New paint in living room, kitchen, half bath, and all upstairs bedrooms
• Remodeled half bath on the main floor including new paint, wainscotting, new flooring and vanity
• Repainted kitchen cabinets and replaced hardware
• New kitchen countertop, new kitchen sink and faucet
• New Whirlpool dishwasher
• Replaced flooring in upstairs bathroom and front entry
• Added pavers to create patio space in front yard and installed storage shed in backyard

Things that we really like about our unit:

• Located at the end of Arbor Court, not a lot of through traffic and you can pull your car up right in front of townhouse when loading/unloading.
• Very close to fire lane and main playground with large grassy area.
• Floorpan including the walk-through main level, 1/2 bath on main level and large open basement.
• Large tree in front provides great shade, blocks afternoon heat.
• Ceiling fans with overhead lighting installed in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
• White 2" blinds in all windows.
• Our unit is and has been pet free and is smoke free.  Next door neighbors are also non-smoking.

Front Porch

Pavers on both sides of front step to create more porch space.  We love this space and the shade the front tree provides.  Flower bed a mix of annual and perennials with a peony bush added this year.

Living Room

New carpet, entryway tiles, paint and blinds.  Nice sized closet next to front door and at the bottom of the stairs for coats, shoes etc. Ceiling fan provides great overhead lighting and is so nice in the hot summers!

Main Floor 1/2 Bathroom

Remodeled in 2012 including new flooring, paint, wainscotting, and vanity.  Storage cupboard above the toilet included.  Having this 1/2 bath was the most important reason we bought this unit and have we never regretted it!  It is nice to have a place for guests to use the bathroom and so convenient with little kids.  

Kitchen

Matching white appliances, Village Green maintains range and fridge. Whirlpool dishwasher is included and was replaced in 2014.  Maintenance installed new countertops, sink and faucet in 2015.  Kitchen cabinets repainted and new hardware installed.  Wood laminate flooring in good condition, pantry door pictured above across from 1/2 bath.  Moveable white and wood island included with unit. Provides great additional storage and counter space.  Cabinet stereo was installed by previous owner and is also included.

3rd and smallest bedroom.  New carpet in great condition, updated light gray paint and repainted closet doors.  This room has been the perfect space for an office and then nursery for both our kids. 

Basement

Partially finished open basement room.  This room is huge and has been our multipurpose room, as you can see!  We loved having the space open so we could use it for anything: man cave, playroom, exercise room, sewing, study, piano, storage...  :) Carpet and pad installed throughout the length of basement except space around utilities and washer & dryer (see below).  TV and surround sound installed by previous tenants, works great and is included in asking price.











Back half of basement used for storage and laundry.  Tons of built in storage shelves.  LG washer and dryer with pedestals included.  

Backyard

Backyard with flower bed includes mix of perennials and annuals.  Small sandbox on the left side put in this summer for our son, but could easily convert back to flowers.
